Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data HeyZi Live collects, why, and what choices you have. The service is operated by AnCorps Software Solutions, Kochi, Kerala, India.
Information we collect
- Account details — name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, gender and profile photo you provide at registration.
- Content — posts, videos, live streams, chat messages and images you share through the service.
- Transactions — records of coin purchases, gifts sent and received, and payout requests, including bank details you submit for payouts.
- Device and usage data — device model, operating system, app version, IP address, and how you use features of the app.
How we use it
- To create and operate your account and deliver the service
- To process coin purchases and host payouts
- To moderate content, enforce our Terms and investigate abuse or fraud
- To send service notifications and respond to your queries
- To diagnose faults and improve the application
Monitoring for safety
To keep the community safe and to meet our legal obligations, we may monitor, record and review activity on the service. This includes live audio and video rooms, one-to-one calls, chat messages, profile images and uploaded content.
Monitoring may be automated, carried out by trained staff, or both, and it may take place at any time without prior notice to the people taking part. Records of moderation activity, and any material captured during it, are kept for as long as needed for safety, legal and regulatory purposes, and may be provided to law enforcement or a regulator where the law requires it.
We monitor for the purposes of enforcing our Terms, protecting users from harm, and complying with Indian law. We do not monitor for advertising or profiling.
Reports
When you report someone, our moderators receive your description, where it happened (for example the room, post or chat), and any photo or video you choose to attach. For a report made from a private chat, they also see the recent messages between you and that person. Attachments are visible only to our moderators and are deleted within 90 days, or sooner once the report is dealt with. The person you report is not told who reported them.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share limited data with service providers who help us run HeyZi Live:
- Agora — real-time audio and video streaming
- Google Firebase — push notifications and crash diagnostics
- Branch — link attribution and deferred deep linking
- Resend — transactional email such as verification codes
- DigitalOcean — server hosting
- Payment providers — where you make a purchase, to process that payment
We may also disclose information where required by law, court order or a lawful request from a government authority.
Retention
We keep account data for as long as your account is active. After deletion we retain limited records where needed for legal, tax or fraud-prevention purposes, and remove or anonymise the rest.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on access-controlled servers. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can review and edit your profile in the app, control notification settings on your device, and request deletion of your account by writing to us. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact admin@heyzilive.com.
Children
HeyZi Live is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us and we will remove the account.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
